In the new application, made to Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn on May 25, SEC lawyer Jorge Tenreiro asked for permission to conduct six additional interviews, including former Ripple employees and Christian Gil, co-founder of a crypto trading firm and liquidity provider GSR.
The SEC’s attorney, Jorge Tenreiro, also asked Ripple to provide the documents of five other trustees.
The Securities and Exchange Commission also asked Ripple to provide information on XRP transactions, which are dated after the original lawsuit was filed in December and related to lobbying.
